1. No Refund After Purchase

Since our service includes instant digital setup, design work, hosting, and resource allocation, we do not offer refunds after a subscription has been purchased.
All sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Mandatory 3-Month Initial Subscription

When a customer signs up for our service, an initial 3-month plan is mandatory.
This amount must be paid upfront, covering:

• Website setup

• Custom design

• Hosting & maintenance

• Domain configuration

• Support

During this initial period, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.

3. Cancellation After the Initial Period

After completing the initial 3-month subscription, customers may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations requested after a billing cycle has started will only be effective from the next cycle. No partial or prorated refunds will be given.

4. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if:

• Payments are not made on time

• Misuse or illegal activity is detected

• The content violates our acceptable use policy

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
